Thanks for using our Hello! Pro 3 theme!
We’re sorry to hear you are experiencing issues.
I just tried to visit the link you have provided, but I am unable to access the blog page. Can you please enable access so I can view the page?
Also, I am slightly confused on your question — can you provide more details about what errors are happening?
If you need help setting up the theme, our Theme Documentation can be found here:
If you are looking for the Blog Settings, you can find that in the WP-admin area by going to:
Genesis > Theme Settings > Content Archives
If you want to change the appearance or display of the Blog page, you will need to develop your own custom changes inside the theme functions.php file. You can use the available Genesis hooks and filters to change anything you need.
Here is a helpful list of articles to explain how to use the Hooks and Filters:
If you want to change your blog page but don’t want to fuss with all the code, you can have our professional developers work on your blog page. We offer a block of development time to work on your site:
Please let us know what you need and we will do our best to help.
Thanks again for using the Hello! Pro 3 theme.

HI THERE, ALEX?
We need your help please, doubts are about “irenejimenezlopez.com”:
1) How change the font style. We would like insert two different fonts.
2) In mobile, the home page TESTIMONIALS don’t work like responsive. Why?
3) How change the color of the main menu.

If you are not seeing the Featured Images you’ve assigned to each blog post, you may need to go to the Genesis > Theme Settings > Content Archives and turn off Featured Images, Save the settings, then turn the Featured Images back on, then Save again… sometimes the setting does not get saved properly so doing this should make it work.
To answer your other questions:
1) To change the Google fonts which are loaded in the theme, you can find those on Line 51 of the file /hello-pro-3/lib/load-scripts.php.
To adjust the font styling, you will need to create your own custom CSS styles in the theme’s style.css file.
Alternatively, you can edit the existing styles in the style.css file.
As per the rules of our Scope of Support, I cannot write the custom CSS for you – you will need to do that yourself. There are lots of tutorials on CSS out on the web to help understand how to create your own CSS rules.
2) I am not sure what you mean — we have created the Social Proof Testimonials Slider plugin to be responsive — here’s a gif of it working on small screens:
Can you describe in further detail what you are expecting to happen or what error you are experiencing on the testimonials?
3) It looks like the background-color of your header is defined on Line 810 of your style.css file:
We look forward to your response, and hope you enjoy using the Hello! Pro 3 theme!

To resolve the point 1) could you please share with me other image from style.css like in the point 3)? I can not find the fonts 😛
About point 2), you can see on “irenejimenezlopez.com” with mobile please?

2) I can see the issue but without diving deep into the site I can’t determine what is stopping the text from wrapping inside its container. It is possible another plugin is interfering with the styles in place for the Testimonials Slider but I am not able to replicate the issue on my desktop to investigate.
Since the SP Testimonials slider works as expected on our demo site, I am inclined to think there are interfering CSS styles somewhere on your site. You will need to use a tool to inspect the site on your mobile browser to determine the issue.
I apologize that I cannot assist further.
Thanks and good luck using the Hello! Pro 3 theme!

Alex, it is your theme and it is your plugin, and our WP installation is very simple. So maybe you could have a look with our credentials what is the problem?
It is the first time that a support team related with StudioPress is telling us about pay for a very simple help because a basic problems in their theme. Is like that?

We are sorry you are experiencing issues with your site. Hundreds of people (possibly even more) have used our themes and the Social Proof Testimonials Slider plugin and they haven’t had the issues that you are experiencing. I am thinking another plugin is interfering and causing the issue.
I’d be happy to continue helping find the cause of the issue, but as it states in our Scope of Support, if you need extended support you will need to purchase a block of our development time: https://buildmybrandid.com/product/priority-web-support-2-hours/
Thanks and good luck using the Hello! Pro 3 theme!

Ok Alex, thank so much. I’m also a developer so I don’t need extended support, only If you could explain me about this theme to change by myself.
I have troubles changing the fonts. I changed on line 51 “Lato –> Chivo” and “Quicksand –> Black Jack” (Route: /home/irenejim/public_html/wp-content/themes/hello-pro.3.0.2/lib/load-scripts.php)
Also I have changed the same font names on style.css and nothing. Everything is now in “San-serif”
Could you explain me step by step this change please?
August 16, 2019 at 1:28 pm #7397
I just looked at your site, and it appears that the “Chivo” font is showing up.
I looked at your style.css file and I can still see instances of “font-family: Lato;” — so you will need to do a ‘Find and Replace’ to change these to the correct font family you have assigned in the load-scripts.php file.
In regards to using the font “Black Jack” — when I search for this on https://fonts.google.com it looks like it’s not an actual Google font — the search results say “external foundries” meaning it’s hosted on a different site. You will need to import only Google fonts in the load-scripts.php file.
Here’s an example from StudioPress:
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Thanks again for using the Hello! Pro 3 theme!
