As a reminder, please refrain from posting sensitive login credentials here — these forums can be read by the public, so we don’t any unknown visitors logging into your site and taking over. Also, our mission here is to try to instruct you to help yourself — we’ll need you to sign up for a paid Maintenance package before we login to your site and make any changes. We like to have answers posted here in case other users are running into the same problem, then we can all benefit from sharing our solutions.
To help with your issue, please try the following steps:
- Go to Appearance > Customize
- Go to the Site Identity tab
- Under “Logo” click the “Select Logo” button
- Choose your Logo image from the Media Library
- Set the “Site Tile Display” menu to the option: “Show Logo Image”
- Click the blue “Publish” button at the top to save your changes
When you load your website you should now see the logo image in place where the Text Logo used to be.

That worked. Thank you:) Issue now is logo is cut off on top and bottom.

logo is now displaying in full however the top of the logo is too high to the margin at the top of the web page. Is there away to bring it down a bit?

You’ll need to edit your CSS as needed in order to adjust the logo.
Unfortunately, as stated in our Support Guidelines, we can’t solve everyone’s custom CSS issues but you should be able to get this sorted out fairly easily.
