Hello, I am the version 1 hello pro theme user who bought in the studiopress.
I encountered a problem with the Genesis eNews Extended plugin.
Why does the first name & last name column for “required” not work? …
So when the customer only enters an email, the subscription process becomes successful.
Can i be help me?

Thanks for using our Hello! Pro theme.
We no longer continue development on Hello! Pro version 1.x and version 2. We recommend users update to the latest version, Hello! Pro 3.
With that said, can you please provide a URL of the site where you are experiencing this issue?

It looks like there might be an issue with the “Genesis eNews” plugin — when I inspect the code, it shows the “Email” field as the only one with “required” set — see screenshot:
Have you confirmed if this works when using other themes?

yes i already use another template and it works.
I have contacted the creator of the plugin but there is no response.
I’m very interested in hello theme v1 so it’s not possible to change themes.
Is there a solution for that?
please hel me…

I’m sorry but I don’t know the solution without troubleshooting the plugin or the site to find out the cause of the issue.
There could be an issue with the eNews plugin, so I would recommend trying other plugins to see if they work as you expect.
Please let us know if you continue to have issues.
Thanks and good luck using Hello! Pro v1.

If I use the Gravity Forms plugin or WP Forms, will it look exactly the same?…
Could you help me use the WP Forms plugin so that it looks exactly the same?…

You will need to create your own custom CSS for the WP Forms plugin, in order for the form to look the same as GravityForms.
As per our Scope of Support, I cannot write the custom CSS for you – you will need to do that yourself. There are lots of tutorials on CSS out on the web to help understand how to create your own CSS rules.
If it helps, you can start with the CSS styles on our Demo site for GravityForms — it starts at around Line 1723 of the file: https://hello.personalbranding.thebrandid.com/wp-content/themes/hello-pro/style.css
You will need to add your custom CSS for WP Forms in the theme’s style.css file. I would recommend adding your CSS after the eNews Plugin CSS styles.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Thanks for using the Hello! Pro 1.x theme!
