• USING THE GENESIS FRAMEWORK
  All of our WordPress themes require the Genesis Framework in order to function. If you do not already own the Genesis Framework you can click here to purchase it. Genesis is a one time purchase and a highly recommended investment to make in your website. 
• SUPPORT
  Support is provided for customers of the brandiD LLC. Proof of the brandiD LLC theme purchase is required prior to assistance. Support includes assistance with the installation and setup of your theme to look like our demo site. Support does not include any additional assistance (for example: how to customize your site beyond using our built in controls). 
• LICENSING
  Our themes are not to be resold, or redistributed in any way, shape or form. They are for your personal use only. If you are a designer who would like to customize them for individual clients, this is allowed, but you are fully responsible for support of your clients. They may purchase the theme from the brandiD LLC to receive installation and setup support. 
• PAYMENT
  The brandiD LLC accepts Credit Cards for purchases. 
• REFUNDS
  Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Upon purchase you will have access to installation and setup tutorials specific to your theme. These tutorials will take you step by step through the setup process. In the event that you have a question, support is provided via our online themes support forum.  We ensure our customers that all of the support necessary to get your theme up and running will be provided, and look forward to answering any questions you may have. Check out our FREE Support Forum if you have any concerns about the level of support we provide.
